TERMS OF PURCHASE

By ordering from www.ateliermonarca.com the customer gives consent to all of our policies and understands the following:

General Information:

  • All of our oieces are made to order and in a chronological order.

  • Lead (dispatch) times may vary according to the volume of orders.

  • We cannot be held liable for any shipping carrier failure. This includes but is not limited to lost, damaged, rejected, delayed, stolen or undeliverable packages.

  • Customer is fully responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Although most orders take 6 to 8 days to be delivered, Monarca cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. This time frame does not include lead/dispatch time.

  • Full grain leathers and skins are materials that may contain natural marks or irregularities, and must be treated with care.

  • Color transfer may occur during the break-in period or due to friction with fabrics and other surfaces.

  • Product color may vary due to screen resolution and settings or due to the fact that each piece has been hand dyed.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if it does not comply with any of our policies..

  • Cancellations made by us or by the customer will result in a 3% to 6% cancellation fee.

Delivery and Returns Information:

  • Orders may take up to 10 business days to be dispatched.

  • Returns must be initiated within seven days of delivery date.

  • All returns initiated passed the seven day time frame will be respectfully denied.

  • Returned merchandise must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging. Items that fail to comply with these requirements will be sent back.

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses.

  • Return shipping expenses are not refundable.

  • We possess the right to decide whether or not an item meets the requirements to be returned/refunded after inspection.
