All orders are either shipped from our workshop located in Chihuahua, Mexico or from our wharehouse in El Paso, TX.

When will my order be dispatched?

Most leather goods are made to order which results in a variation on lead times that is directly correlated with the current volume of orders. It is also important to keep in mind that most leather pieces take up to 72 hours to complete. However, most orders are typically dispatched 10 days after the order has been successfully placed.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, once we have processed your order we will email you a clickable tracking number which will send you directly to the carrier’s tracking portal. There, you will be able to verify the status of your order at any given time.

Is it normal to find irregularities within the leather?

It is completely normal to find irregularities such as veins, scars, wrinkles, or stretchmarks within our leather pieces. These imperfections should be perceived as a guarantee of real leather being used and nothing else.

.

What should I expect during the break-in period?

All Monarca leather goods must go through a break-in period to become soft and comfortable, thereby maximizing their utilitarian purpose.

During the break-in period, the leather evolves and adapts to its wearer. Therefore, it is normal for the leather to feel uncomfortable during the first days of use. For example, a belt will not follow the wearer's natural waist/girth or it may be difficult to extract the contents of a wallet. This discomfort tends to go away with consistent use and proper care.

For a clean break-in, we recommend that during the first 30 days of use you empty your wallet (avoid over packing wallets if possible) and lay your belt flat (or hang it vertically) when not in use. This will allow the leather to breathe and follow its natural aging process without prematurely altering its shape.

Once the break-in process is over, your leather pieces are ready to withstand normal daily use; however, proper maintenance is always recommended to appreciate its beauty for years to come
